REPAIR REQUEST FORM

    Please complete and submit the following form.  We will provide you with a free estimate of the cost and turnaround time to repair your computer.  Most computers are done by the next day.

    When dropping off a LAPTOP or ALL-IN-ONE for repair, please be sure to include your power cord.  For desktops/workstations we only need the computer itself (no cords, mice, keyboards, etc.) unless you are experiencing problems with a specific component, in which case, please bring that component in as well.
