Network Support Group offers the following in-shop services:

• Virus removal
• Hardware repair, including circuit board-level repairs
• Reloading of operating systems
• Driver configuration
• Software installation & configuration
• Data backup & restoration
• Data recovery
  

We give you an honest, free assessment of whether it is financially viable to repair your hardware or it makes more sense to purchase a different computer.  We do sell new equipment, custom configured just for you.  If you can find a better price elsewhere, we refer you to the most cost-effective option.  We also sell used computers and laptops at very reasonable rates.
