Repair Procedure:

Call our office to arrange a time for computer drop-off.  We are frequently at client sites and do not maintain regular office hours (this helps keep our rates affordable).  We are very flexible and can arrange a time that is convenient for you.

BACKUP YOUR DATA before bringing your computer in for repair.  If you prefer, we can backup your data for a charge of $30.

We only need your computer and any peripheral you are having trouble with (such as a mouse or keyboard).

For laptops also bring the power cord...repair time might exceed your battery life.

If your computer won't start, boot up properly or you are experiencing significant speed issues, you should also bring in your operating system CD(s).

Bring in the CDs for any software you want us to install or reinstall.

We'll need your login info - user name and password.
